Private reservation:
Reservations are required on the indicated dates (see calendar) to guarantee entry, in view of possible access restrictions due to overcrowding.
• This option applies to individuals, with a maximum of 10 tickets to be reserved in a single application. If the number of tickets desired exceeds 10, they must complete the group reservation process.
• Advance notice: Reservations can only be made for the current year.
• Access will be via designated and signposted areas. Staff will verify and register your reservation.
• Reservations are made for the time indicated in the tour reservation system. You cannot access the space without it.
• After making your reservation, you will receive an email with your reservation receipt, which you must present (printed or on your mobile device) upon arrival at Gaztelugatxe. Keep your printed ticket or your mobile device until the end of the tour so staff can perform any necessary checks.
• Reservation Validity: If you do not show up at the entrance, your reservation will be canceled 60 minutes after the indicated time and date. It is important to respect the time and notify us of any late arrivals by phone or email (available in the “Contact” section).
• The reservation can be canceled via the email received with the receipt. We suggest that if you are not going to use your reservation, you cancel it well in advance so that other people can have that free spot. Failure to show up at the entrance within the stipulated time will prevent you from making a new reservation within a one-year period.
• Booking details: In addition to personal details, a contact phone number is requested in case there is any last-minute information that needs to be communicated, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Group reservations:

Tour operator reservations:
